Follow the steps below to upload your print-ready files:

Steps to FTP using Mac | Steps to FTP using PC

If you are using a MAC...

1. Open your preferred FTP client software and enter the following hostname, username and password to connect to our FTP server:

hostname: ftp.qualityprintingsolutions.com
username: [contact Quality Printing Solutions]
password: [contact Quality Printing Solutions]

** Listed below are a few Mac FTP client software available to download

2. Login with your secure credentials

3. Copy all print-ready files into your FTP site location

  • Allow up to 3- 5 minutes per 5Mb for uploads on Cable or DSL Connections.
  • Allow up to 20-30 minutes per 5Mb for uploads on Dial-up modem Connections.
  • When uploading files please include a PDF or JPEG version of your file for reference of how your file should look.
  • PC files should be compressed into a single ZIP file, before uploading, to minimize upload time.
  • MAC files should be compressed into a single SIT file, before uploading, to minimize upload time.

5. Contact Chuck Ramacciotti regarding status of your file transfer to begin printing process

 

If you are using a PC...

1. Click here to connect to our FTP server
(or use your preferred FTP client - hostname: ftp.qualityprintingsolutions.com)

2. Login with your secure credentials provided by Quality Printing Solutions

* Important Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 7 - IE7 does not support FTP browsing directly through the browser window, you must use Windows Explorer (ie. open MyDocuments or MyComputer window)

You may get a message saying:
"FTP root at ftp.qualityprintingsolutions.com
To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer."

(you will find the 'Open FTP Site' option under the View Menu. Follow the link and re-enter your username and password to enter the FTP site.)

5. Copy all print-ready files into the folder you created
